It is a fixed toggle padlocking device for Compact NSXm and PowerPact B circuit breakers. It can receive up to three padlocks with diameter of 5 to 8 mm and is used to lock the device in OFF or ON position. Locking in the OFF position ensures isolation as per IEC 60947-2.
