Pressure switch 9012G – adjustable scale – 2 thresholds – 0 to 175 psig

This product is part of the NEMA Pressure Switches range, an offer of electromechanical pressure switches. This electromechanical pressure switch has normally closed – normally opened, SPDT-DB (single pole, double throw, double break), form Z, snap action contacts and a range on decreasing pressure of 0psi to 175psi. This dual stage pressure switch with an approximate adjustable differential on decreasing pressure of 0.5 to 36psi, an adjustable differential on increasing pressure of 5 to 15 psi and a maximum pressure of 240psi. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection and 0.25inch 18 NPTF for fluid connection. This switch has a piston actuator which can be operated from any position, fixed differential scale for internal settings and detection of 1 threshold. Offers mechanical durability of about 3 million operating cycles. The enclosure is made of die cast aluminum alloy 380. It is available in size of 3.5inch (W) x 2.63inch (D) x 7.08inch (H) and weighs 3lb. It is suitable for pressure controlling or monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural/irrigation water systems, molding presses, injection molders, grinding machines, machining centers, complex and special machines.
