This product is part of the XU range, an offer of photoelectric sensors. The photoelectric sensor provides normally open and solid state discrete output. It is a photoelectric sensor with a rated supply voltage of 24V to 240V AC/DC and maximum residual current of 1.5mA open state. It is furnished with cable for electrical connection. It supports nominal sensing distance of 2m and maximum sensing distance of 3m. The sensor emitting colour is red polarised reflex. Yellow/red LEDs for indicating sensor status. It is an IP67 rated product. Its dimensions are 18mm (diameter) x 95mm (length) and weighs 0.095kg. It is ideal for material handling, packaging, labelling, assembly, lift, escalators or food and beverage industries. This product is certified by UL, CSA and CE. Ex Osiris, OsiSense XU is for non-contact sensing up to a hundred metres of objects of any shape and any type. A photo-electric sensor basically comprises a light beam transmitter (light-emitting diode) and a light-sensitive receiver (photo-transistor).
