NEMA Contactor, Type S, nonreversing, Size 00, 9A, 3 HP at 550 VAC, 3 phase, up to 100 kA, 3 pole, 208 VAC coil, NEMA 1

Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 00 non-reversing contactor has a 9 ampere rating. Three phase NEMA Size 00 contactors have 1.5 HP at 200 and 230 VAC and 2 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 208 VAC 60 Hz coil that is wired for common control. This NEMA contactor is in a NEMA 1 general purpose enclosure. This enclosure is 10.00 inches tall, 6.00 inches wide and 5.28 inches deep.
