NEMA Motor Starter, Type S, nonreversing, Size 2, 45A, 25 HP at 460 VAC, 3 phase, 3 pole, melting alloy, 240 VAC coil, NEMA 7/9

Type S NEMA motor starters are used for full voltage starting and stopping of AC squirrel cage motors. Type S motor starters have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 2 non-reversing starter has a 45 ampere rating. This NEMA Size 2 motor starter has 3 phase ratings of 10 HP at 200 VAC, 15 HP at 230 VAC and 25 HP at 460 and 575 VAC. This non-reversing NEMA motor starter has a melting alloy type overload relay that uses Type B thermal units to sense over current conditions. Type S motor starters are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This starter has a 220/240 VAC 50/60 Hz operating coil wired for common control. A bolted cast iron NEMA 7 and 9 hazardous location, Division 1 & 2, Class 1, Groups C & D and Class II, Groups E, F, & G enclosure is used to protect this starter. Enclosure is 15.00 inches tall, 12.00 inches wide and 7.50 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S starters. This starter is supplied with an ON OFF selector switch. Type S non-reversing NEMA motor starters are UL listed and CSA certified.
