The integrated motion drive with a 6-pole stepper motor features an integrated pulse/direction 24V communication interface. The 3-phase stepper motor with a rated supply voltage of 24V, 36V DC, a maximum current consumption of 6000mA and a nominal speed of 300RPM at 36V and 100RPM at 24V. It offers medium speed of rotation and medium torque with untapped shaft end. It is furnished with printed circuit board connector for electrical connection. It is an IP41 (shaft bushing) and IP54 (total except shaft bushing) rated product. The length of this product is 200.6mm and the centering collar dimensions are 2mm (depth) x 60mm (diameter). It weighs 4.7kg. It is suitable for printing, paper, packaging, handling, labelling, textile industry, electronics manufacture and medical technology applications. This product is certified by CUL, TUV and UL. It meets EN/IEC 50178, EN 50347, IEC 61800-3, Ed 2, EN/IEC 61800-3, IEC 60072-1 and EN 61800-3 2001 standards. It supports 85mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system.
