External reset mechanism allows the reset of the Type S overload relay without open the enclosure. The grey push button operator is mounted into the cover of the NEMA 1 or 12 enclosure. The push button is marked RESET. The kit contains one threaded reset rod that is grooved at intervals of 0.75 inches. The grooves allows the 9 inch long rod to be cut to the approximate length required without damaging the threads. Final adjustment is easily made after installation by rotating a plunger and tightening the lock not.
