This braking resistor is an option for variable speed drives of Altivar range and Lexium motion servio drives. It dissipates the braking energy, and enables maximum transient braking torque. It has an Ohmic value of 100Ohms and a cable length of 0.75m. This braking resistor allows your variable speed drive to operate while braking to a standstill, by dissipating the braking energy and enables maximum transient braking torque. Its protection index is IP65. It weighs 0.41kg. This resistor is designed to be mounted on the outside of the enclosure.
