This product is part of the XUSL range, an offer of safety light curtains. This XUSL4E type 4 safety light curtain is designed for hand detection of operator in the vicinity of hazardous machinery. It has 2 OSSD solid state PNP safety outputs (arc suppression). It is a safety light curtain with a rated supply voltage of 24V DC and rated operating current of 2A. It is furnished with 5-pin M12 male connector at transmitter and 8-pin M12 male connector at the receiver for electrical connection. It is an IP69K rated product. The tube is made of PMMA with 316L stainless steel plug and PVC cable. It weighs 5.05kg. It is suitable for robotic systems, turret punch presses, packing machines, welding equipment, handling equipment, mechanical and hydraulic press applications. This product is certified by CE, CULus, Ecolab and TUV. It meets 89/655/EEC work equipment, 89/336/EEC electromagnetic compatibility and 98/37/EEC machinery standards. The kit includes adjustable mounting bracket, 1 receiver, 1 transmitter, 1 user guide with certificate of conformity on CD ROM, silicone O-ring and 1 PVC cable. It is fixed with brackets. XUSL safety light curtains are multi beam versions for finger (14mm) and hand (30mm) detection and 2, 3 or 4 beam versions for body detection. XUSL safety light curtains can be used for virtually any hazardous machine requiring zone protection for the security of operators and equipment.
