Type S nonreversing magnetic starter, NEMA Size 1, 4 P, 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz coil, melting alloy overload, NEMA 1

Type S non-reversing magnetic starters are for motor control applications. NEMA Size 1 starters have ratings of 7.5 HP at 200 and 230 VAC and 10 HP at 460 and 575 VAC poly phase and has a maximum rating of 27 Amps. This 3 pole starter is for poly phase applications. These starters are available with a wide variety of replaceable coil voltages. Starter has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz operating coil wired for separate control. The melting alloy type overload relay uses Type B thermal units to sense over current conditions. A painted sheet steel NEMA 1 general purpose enclosure is used to protect this starter. Enclosure is 10.00 inches tall, 6.00 inches wide and 5.56 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S starters. Type S starters are UL listed and CSA certified for global applications.
