This terminal is an accessory of soft start / soft stop Altistart 48 range. Setting the new industry standard for soft starts, the Altistart 48 controls the applied motor torque, making it ideal for a wider variety of applications than a traditional voltage ramp soft start with the current limit. In pumping applications, the Altistar 48 with TCS eliminates the long start and stop times, the hydraulic transients and slamming of check valves associated with “pump version” voltage ramp soft starts. Every ATS 48 soft start model is rated for all North American industrial and commercial voltages (208, 240, 480, and 600V). It is equipped with a 3m connection cable, with 9-way SUB-D connectors at the terminal end and RJ45 at the Altistart 48 end. Networking for remote monitoring and control using Modbus, Ethernet, DeviceNet, and other protocols. Alistart 48 is accepted internationally: Meets UL, CSA, CE, NOM, CCC, C-Tick, GHOST, and DNV. It is used to set and configure the soft start/soft stop unit remotely and display the soft start/soft stop unit status and detected errors remotely.
