NEMA Contactor, Type S, nonreversing, Size 4, 135A, 100 HP at 575 VAC, 3 phase, up to 100 kA, 3 pole, 120V coil, NEMA 1

Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 4 non-reversing contactor has a 135 ampere rating. Three phase NEMA Size 4 contactors have 40 HP at 200, 50 HP at 230 VAC and 100 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz coil that is wired for separate control. This NEMA contactor is in a NEMA 1 general purpose enclosure. This enclosure is 25.16 inches tall, 11.25 inches wide and 9.00 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S contactors. This contactor is supplied with one normally open and one normally closed external interlock. Type S NEMA contactors are UL listed and CSA certified.
