Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 Amps. This NEMA 1 contactor has a 27 Amp rating. This NEMA size 1 contactor has a 27 Amp rating. Type S contactors are available in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 pole versions. This is a 3 pole contactor. These contactors are available with a wide variety of replaceable coil voltages. The coil in this contactor is rated for 220/240 VAC 50/60 Hz. This contactor doesn’t have an enclosure. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S contactors. Type S contactors are UL listed and CSA certified for global applications.
