This Magelis XBTZ is a RS 422/RS 485 universal adaptor for connecting Magelis terminals to third-party PLCs. It consists in one 9-way SUB-D connector RS 422 and one 9-way SUB-D connector RS 485. It is an accessory of XBTGH and XBTGT advanced terminals.
