NEMA Combination Starter, Type S, nonfusible disconnect, Size 1, 27A, 10HP at 600VAC, 3 phase, 3 pole, melting alloy, 120VAC coil, NEMA 4X

Type S nonreversing fusible combination starters are for motor control applications. Combination starters combine the requirements for motor overload and short circuit protection into one package. NEMA Size 1 starters have ratings of up to 7.5 HP at 208 and 240 VAC three phase and 10 HP at 480 and 600 VAC three phase. This is a nonfusible combination starter. This 3 pole starter is for three phase applications. Combination starters are available with a wide variety of replaceable coil voltages. Starter has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz operating coil wired for common control. This nonreversing NEMA combination starter has a melting alloy type overload relay which uses Type B thermal units to sense over current conditions. A painted sheet steel NEMA 4/4X watertight, dusttight stainless steel enclosure is used to protect this starter. Enclosure is 24.06 inches tall, 9.50 inches wide and 8.34 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S starters. This combination starter is supplied with fused transformer. Transformer has a 480 VAC primary and a 120 VAC secondary. This starter is also supplied with a HOA selector switch. Type S combination starters are UL listed and CSA certified.
