NEMA Contactor, Type S, nonreversing, Size 3, 90A, 50HP at 575VAC, 3 phase, up to 100kA, 3 pole, 120VAC coil, NEMA 1

Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 3 non-reversing contactor has a 90 ampere rating. Three phase NEMA Size 3 contactors have 25 HP at 200, 30 HP at 230 VAC and 50 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz coil that is wired for separate control. This NEMA contactor is in a NEMA 1 general purpose enclosure. This enclosure is 21.81 inches tall, 11.44 inches wide and 8.00 inches deep.
