Type S magnetic contactors and starters are for motor control applications. 8903S lighting contactors are for lighting control applications. Type S contacts are easily replaced. This extends the life of the NEMA Size 6 contactor or starters or 400A lighting contactor. This replacement contact kit is for 3 pole 8502SH contactors, 8536SH starters and 8903SY lighting contactors. Kit includes the movable and stationary contacts and needed hardware for 4 poles.
