This product is part of the XCS range, an offer of safety switches for protection of operators. The safety switch is an electrical switch that makes or breaks contact in the presence of a magnetic field. It is intended for packaging, handling, robotics, machine tools, presses, automotive sector machines. Safety switches are intended to help protect operators, by controlling the safe opening and interlocking of guards and covers in your installations. It has 2 normally closed and 1 normally open, slow break, break before make contacts, normally closed contact with positive opening operation. It has a rated operational current of 3A at 120VAC, 1.5A at 240VAC, 0.27A at 250VDC, 0.55 at 125VDC and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 6A. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. The key operated turret head limit switch has an industrial metal body which is made of Zamak and has an 24-28VAC/VDC orange LED and a 24-28VAC/VDC green LED. Electromagnet interlocking is locked on deenergization and unlocked on energization of solenoid. It is an IP66, IP67 and NEMA 4/4X/12 rated product. Safety limit switch has two entries tapped for Pg 13.5 cable gland. The safety interlock switch is 3.86 inches (Width) x 1.73 inches (Depth) x 5.75 inches (Height) and weighs 2.51 lbs. It complies with UL 508, CSA C22.2 No.14, EN/IEC 60947.-5-1, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/ISO 12100 and EN1088/ISO 14119 standards. Limit switch has UL Listed and CSA Certified certifications.
