NEMA Contactor, Type S, nonreversing, Size 3, 90A, 50 HP at 575 VAC, 3 phase, up to 100 kA, 3 pole, 24 VAC coil, NEMA 12

Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 3 non-reversing contactor has a 90 ampere rating. Three phase NEMA Size 3 contactors have 25 HP at 200, 30 HP at 230 VAC and 50 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 24 VAC 60 Hz coil that is wired for separate control. This NEMA contactor is in a NEMA 3R rainproof NEMA 12 dusttight enclosure. This enclosure is 31.50 inches tall, 18.16 inches wide and 9.56 inches deep.
